How To Order
After reviewing the information below, please email [email protected] listing your desired equipment order. Please note: your remittance of payment indicates your acceptance of our Terms, Conditions, and Limited Warranty.
Once your order request is received, we will generate a Quote including all applicable charges and email it to you.
Please include the following in the body of the email as it applies:
Mail payment to Mobile Glassblowing Studios, LLC, P.O. Box 1083, Americus, GA 31709.
When your payment clears, we will email you an Invoice reflecting your payment, and begin ordering the materials for your equipment! Please note: your remittance of payment indicates your acceptance of our Terms, Conditions, and Limited Warranty.

- Billing name, address & phone #
- Equipment desired, (including options and add-ons)
- Will you be picking up or having the equipment shipped?
- Shipping destination information:
- Ship-to address
- Residential or commercial?
- Forklift or loading dock accessibility?
- Destination contact name & phone number (who will receive it on arrival?)
- Any other information that you feel may be pertinent to your equipment order.

Payment terms (for U.S. & Canadian customers - International Orders click here):
- Orders under $5,000 USD (before applicable taxes and shipping): due in full prior to the start of fabrication. Once payment has been received, your order will be placed on the production schedule and we will begin ordering and processing materials required to construct your equipment.
- Orders over $5,000 USD (before applicable taxes and shipping): down payment of 80% of equipment order total is required prior to start of fabrication on any equipment. Once payment has been received, your order will be placed on the production schedule and we will begin ordering and processing materials required to construct your equipment.
- Balance of order is due two weeks prior to shipping or pick-up. Balance includes final payment of invoice and applicable crating and shipping charges as outlined in Shipping section below.
- We accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, cash, direct transfer, credit cards (no additional fees for credit card purchases).
- Sales tax rate of 8% is applicable to all orders being picked up from our location. If we are delivering, local sales tax based on the delivery address may apply. For shipping outside of Georgia, no sales tax is charged, however the items will need to be crated and secured to a pallet for freight handling.
- All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable.

- Cash Flow – When financing or leasing a piece of equipment it allows you to keep your cash flow for later purchases or needs!
- 100% Funding – Don’t have a lot to put down? Many times our lenders have solutions that include 100% funding solutions, allowing you to worry less about the down-payments!
- No prepayment penalty!

- 600+ FICO
- 2 years’ time in business (as a State & Federally registered business)
- Under 2 years must have excellent credit to qualify
Shipping (within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada):

- Due to fluctuations in market fuel prices outside of our control, shipping estimates on Quotes and Invoices are for estimated budgeting purposes only and are not considered final. Actual shipping charges will be calculated and Invoiced about two weeks before total equipment order is ready to ship from our premises. Shipping Invoices must be paid in full prior to the release of the equipment to the designated shipping company.
- You are welcome to pick up your order in Americus, Georgia as well. Pickup may be subject to Georgia sales tax.
- Customers are welcome to make their own shipping arrangements. Invoice remaining balance payment must clear our accounts prior to release of any cargo, regardless of any shipping schedules arranged by the customer.
- The crated furnaces weigh on average between 900 and 1350 pounds, and cannot be off-loaded by hand. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock, we can arrange for a lift gate service as a means to get the crate off of the delivery truck & onto the street. This MUST be clearly communicated at the time of your order. Lift gate service does not bring your equipment to your door; it is curb-side only. It is your responsibility to make other arrangements as needed. The furnace is on wheels and may easily be rolled around once removed from the crate.

Lead Times:
- Please note: our estimated lead times are subject to change due to the global consequences of Being Human. We are doing our absolute best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible despite unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Once your order is placed, we will communicate with you regarding the timing of your order. We truly appreciate your patience and support.
- Each furnace is lovingly hand crafted to order.
- Lead Times are approximate and may vary during the course of production due to unforeseen circumstances. Periodic updates on order status will be provided, so that you may plan accordingly.
- Clearance date of the deposit funds is the start date of Lead Time, regardless of any previously provided estimates.
- Lead times can vary depending on order size, current production schedule and various other factors (we use multiple vendors for materials and services, their schedules can sometimes impact ours).
- During the course of construction we send status updates and will quickly respond to emails & phone calls regarding the status of your order.
