Canadian Orders

Glassblowing furnaces imported to Canada require a comprehensive combustion safety package in order to comply with the Canadian Safety Standards. Our furnaces do not arrive certified; it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to have their furnace field certified by ESA, TSSA or any other necessary inspection agency. We are happy to provide you with information and documentation to help simplify the process.​

International Orders (Outside the U.S. & Canada)

We will gladly ship our Dragons anywhere in the world! There are a number that have already ventured outside the United States. Specific safety, certification, and importing regulations can vary by country.

Please read the information below, and contact us to discuss the specifics based on your destination country. Also see our Limited Warranty for more information on payment & shipping terms outside the U.S./Canada.

• Full Quote amount, including freight shipping costs, to be paid up front by international bank check/draft or international wire transfer. Pay to Mobile Glassblowing Studios, LLC drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. Dollars. 
• Crating costs for air shipment are not included in the listed ​equipment prices for international shipments.
• Glassblowing furnaces may require a comprehensive combustion safety package in order to comply with local/regional safety standards. It is the customer's responsibility to pursue combustion safety requirements as they apply in the destination country.
• Fuel and electrical supply vary by country. This may result in a need for modifications to our standard burner system. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us, at the time of inquiry, of any operating parameters outside the specifications listed on our Equipment pages. Additional components needed will result in additional charges, which will be discussed and quoted in advance.
• Our furnaces do not arrive certified; it is the sole responsibility of the customer to have their furnace field certified by the necessary inspection agency. We are happy to provide the appropriate documentation/schematics.
• For those customers who may have experience with burner system fabrication or installation, we can offer the furnace without the burner system, which may be more economical.
